Caixa Econômica Federal, Latin America's largest public bank, deployed Infor10 CRM and has been recognized by XI Prêmio efinance 2012 for excellence in customer relationship management.

Founded in 1861, Caixa is the main financial public institution in Brazil, with more than 55 million customers. Caixa Federal has implemented Infor10 CRM Enterprise (Epiphany) to provide visibility into customers' unique spending habits and offer products and services accordingly.

XI Prêmio efinance 2012, is organized by Executivos Financieros, the main publication for the financial market, and is the best award recognizing IT innovation in the financial vertical. The annual awards honor companies and individual leaders who have implemented innovative technology projects in their organizations.
