Darmex

Darmex—a manufacturer of high-quality chemical products used by the rubber industry in general and the automotive tire industry in particular—needed an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that would enhance the company’s processes. Darmex implemented Infor™ ERP VISUAL, which helps identify and avoid bottlenecks in production. In turn, this helps reduce manufacturing costs per unit, and increases capacity without adding inventory. Heinze Kunststofftechnik

After implementing Infor10 Automotive, Infor10 ERP Enterprise (LN), and Infor10 ION Suite, Heinze Kunststofftechnik improved and sped up the handling of its invoices and goods receipts and was able to add support for multi-site processes. The company has also integrated receiving, sending, and translating electronic data interchange EDI messages throughout its logistics process.

Holden Special Vehicles

The Australian car manufacturer uses Infor10 Barcode in its warehouse to receive goods directly in the warehouse, print a barcoded receipt label to identify all parts, and look up and adjust stock levels. HSV also uses the solution to ship and invoice sales directly from the barcode scanners and print a shipping label. The company has realized significant efficiency improvements in receiving and shipping with fewer resources.

Lacks Enterprises Inc.

New Wei San Industrial

The manufacturer of automobile, engine, and general industrial parts gained visibility into real-time data across the enterprise and an integrated business process after implementing Infor10 ERP Enterprise (LN). As a result, New Wei Industrial improved its inventory, sales, finance, purchasing, and production processes. The company reduced inventory process steps by 50%, automated manual purchasing functions, and streamlined the end-to-end sales process.
