Ferrari

Ferrari has been based in Maranello, Italy since the 1940s. At more than 250,000 square metres, the factory's 45 buildings house more than 3,000 workers and combine passion, innovation, and technology to create the company's GT and Formula 1 cars. In 1998, Ferrari adopted Infor Baan IV to support the main production processes for sports cars, racing cars, and spare parts. A dozen years later, by migrating to Baan’s next-generation product, Infor LN, the company gained deeper functionality while leveraging their long-term investment and transitioning more than 10 years’ worth of IT knowledge without having to reshape the IT team or its know-how. Infor ION will provide business and technical integration for a complex environment.
