As Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Integration, Kevin Samuelson is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and executing acquisitions for the company, as well as integrating new acquisitions into Infor’s operations.
Prior to joining the company in 2003, Samuelson was a Senior Associate at Parallax Capital Partners, a co-investor with Infor’s primary financial sponsor Golden Gate Capital.
For Samuelson, what makes his role interesting and challenging is finding acquisitions that add value to Infor’s offerings. “An acquisition must satisfy all the constituents—our customers, our financial sponsors, and our employees,” he says.
Before his position at Parallax, Samuelson worked in the Equity Research divisions of Robertson Stephens and Banc of America Securities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
