At HITEC 2015 this week, Infor announced significant momentum for its hospitality division. Over the past two years, Infor has seen a more than 200% increase in its SaaS hospitality solutions bookings.
In addition, adoption of hospitality-specific applications such as Infor CloudSuiteTM Hospitality, Infor d/EPM for Hospitality, Infor Customer and Marketing Management (CMM), and Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) has brought new relationships with more than 700 customers over the last fiscal year ended in April. Some of these include Wyndham Hotel Group, Kempinski Hotels, Auberge Resorts, Intrawest Resorts, and Hard Rock International.
Infor CloudSuite Hospitality delivers rich capabilities to help manage all operations within a single solution, while also providing the reliability and security of hosting data in the Amazon Web Services' (AWS) cloud. Global organizations can benefit from a faster implementation and the suite's monthly subscription-based delivery model, which helps generate cost savings by minimizing upfront IT expenditure and delivering the flexibility to scale up or down as needed.
"Now is the time for hospitality organizations to make the move to the cloud because as market competition increases, the cloud represents a viable means to help reduce costs, enhance services to guests and improve differentiation," said Stewart Applbaum, Infor Hospitality senior vice president. "Infor recognizes the challenges and concerns that hotel and gaming operators experience when considering a shift away from on-premise systems, which is why we offer industry-specific options coupled with the security, reliability and scalability that decision-makers are seeking. Our objective is to help organizations maximize profitability return from their IT investment, while also providing a clear path for transition to the cloud."
