Infor Talent Science for EMS has been named a Hot Product for 2017 by the Journal of Emergency Medical Services (JEMS) for its ability to help address rising employee turnover in the industry with recruiting, retention, and talent nurturing capabilities.
The JEMS 2017 Hot Product list was selected by a team of judges comprised of emergency medical services (EMS) product specialists, physicians, educators, managers, and paramedics. They reviewed everything from vehicles to equipment to mobile apps to training aids to compile a list of innovative and practical products. Each product was rated on four qualities: originality, functionality, ease of use, and need in the EMS setting.
