At the 2014 SIIA CODiE Awards ceremony May 21, Infor won two awards: Infor Ming.le™ won Best Social Business Solution, and Infor Cloverleaf won Best Healthcare IT solution.
Infor Ming.le™ won the CODiE for Best Social Business Solution, beating other finalists Adobe, SAP, and cfactor. Senior product manager Emily Williams’ acceptance speech "left the audience amazed that a product only 12 months old had won, and with such a young product manager presiding," said Pam Murphy, Infor chief operating officer.
Infor Cloverleaf won the CODiE for Best Healthcare IT solution, over Elsevier and Modernizing Medicine. Ronald Archambault, Cloverleaf development manager, accepted the award on behalf of the Infor Healthcare team.
"We are honored to accept the CODiE Healthcare IT award both in recognition of our many years of service to healthcare as well as Infor’s increasing investment to transform clinical interoperability for the new era of healthcare. Hospitals around the world, including 1 out of every 3 large hospitals in the United States, use Infor Cloverleaf to exchange patient data and bring clinical systems together across their enterprise," Murphy said.
"Well done to the Infor Ming.le and Infor Cloverleaf product and engineering teams!" Murphy added. "You make us proud."
The CODiE Awards are presented by the Software Industry and Information Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital content industries. All of the software nominated products and services were reviewed by third-party judges, whose evaluations determined the finalists. SIIA members then reviewed the finalists and voted to select the CODiE Awards winners.
"SIIA's 2014 Software CODiE Award winners are some of the most innovative, high-impact software products and services in the market," said Rhianna Collier, SIIA vice president for the software division. "We congratulate all of this year's CODiE Award winners and thank them for the contributions they have made to the software and services industry."
