The men's clothier has used Infor's customer relationship management solution since 2004. Then a few years ago, Harry Rosen deployed Infor CRM mobile.
"Adoption by our salesforce went from 30% right up to about 98%. It just took off," Jackson says. "We operate the most advanced clienteling, or CRM, system within retail today, and Infor is a very strong partner for us."
