Matrici Commits to Business Process Efficiencies with Infor ERP LN
Matrici to Achieve Greater Control over Project Planning and Productivity

Infor today announced that Matrici, a Basque-based subsidiary of the Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa (MCC) and a European leader in the production of stamping dies for the automotive industry, is implementing Infor ERP LN to streamline its business processes. The implementation project, which is being managed by Infor partner Semantic Systems, will involve an upgrade from Infor ERP Baan IV to ERP LN.
ERP LN is an advanced and easy-to-use solution encompassing many business functions and gives response to the needs of those discrete manufacturers whose production is centred around custom projects, particularly in the fields of industrial machinery and equipment and high technology electronics.
The ERP LN solution being implemented at Matrici will include modules for Finance, Distribution, Logistics, Production, After-Sales Service, and Project Management.
Matrici, a customer of ERP Baan IV since 1996, wants to improve the efficiency of its main business processes such as: raw material sourcing, outsourced component manufacture, manufacturing management, and financial forecasting. "Our main objective is to achieve greater control of the various projects, as well as to assess the relative productivity of each project during the planning process," said Imanol Saitua, head of R&D, Matrici. "Overall, ERP LN is the best suited solution for our business model and to meet our overall objectives."
