Infor Introduces Two New Modules for CRM - Social Commerce Advisor and Insight for Social Commerce

Infor Collaborates with 8thBridge to Deliver Customized Solutions for the Social Media Marketplace

Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, today announced a new strategic collaboration with 8thBridge, a leader in social commerce and developer of 8thBridge Graphite™. Infor customers will now have the ability to enable social commerce by leveraging Facebook™ for social sharing and their website for transactions through two new Infor modules for inbound and outbound marketing - Social Commerce Advisor and Insight for Social Commerce.

Infor's two new social marketing modules, Social Commerce Advisor and Insight for Social Commerce, harness the power of the Infor Epiphany CRM Suite and 8thBridge Graphite technology to give marketers access to predictive and emotive social data not readily available via other means. Having access to this rich and timely consumer data, combined with the power of Infor's new social modules, affords marketers the opportunity to execute more targeted just-in-time campaigns and allows them to more easily analyze purchasing and preference behavior to further enhance marketing strategies and success.
