Expanding Infor's suite of applications for the hospitality and gaming industries, this robust application empowers staff to get out from behind the desk and in-front of guests, with the real-time information necessary to provide enhanced, personalized service from anywhere in the hotel.
Specifically, Infor10 HMS Hotel Check-In enables check-in to run much more smoothly with staff now having the ability to provide room assignments, registration cards with online signature options, credit card swipes and hotel room key generation straight from the iPad. During a guest's stay, the concierge can use the application to provide a more personalized recommendation to view local attractions by pulling up and printing a customized map with all points of interest clearly labeled for the guest. For check-out, staff can quickly post charges to the guest folio, print folios and view notes right from the application, making for a more painless and seamless check-out process for guests.

Infor10 HMS Check-In is also a critical tool to increase operational efficiency. The application seamlessly connects the front desk with housekeeping to assign rooms and update room status in real-time, moving guests in and out more quickly and efficiently. The application integrates with Infor10 HMS, enabling management to print arrival reports, departure and in-house reports, occupancy flash and forecast reports, and revenue reports with the swipe of a finger.
