Infor Onboarding, which orchestrates the steps involved in the new hire process for employees, hiring managers, line managers and hiring departments, now enhances customers' ability to monitor Form I-9 completion and due dates across all locations and hiring managers directly in Infor Onboarding. This gives the HR function central oversight and control of compliance, enabling higher compliance rates and drastically reduced I-9 overhead.
Part of the Infor HR Service Delivery Suite, Infor Onboarding now can incorporate the completion of Tracker's electronic Form I-9 as a mandatory step in the onboarding process for new hires. Data that was previously collected from the employee is used to prefill the Form I-9 and automatically create an I-9 record in Tracker. Each hiring manager responsible for completing a Form I-9 sees their open actions and next steps at a glance, color coded for time urgency, without ever leaving the Infor Onboarding tour. Email notifications alert responsible parties when due dates get too close.
Also, configurable options based on each client's business process allow users to access I-9 records in Infor Onboarding via single sign-on with Tracker I-9.
