Abstract

Leveraging greater business value from ERP systems is a key business driver for many manufacturers. This report explores the preferences and decisions between point solutions and an end-to-end integrated suite and assesses the overall business value ERP brings to manufacturing. It also documents why training should be a priority in on-boarding new employees that will use ERP systems and why that training should continue after the initial implementation to boost ERP usage and benefits.
