The Infor Customer References Program is a unique way to build value that goes beyond the typical customer-vendor relationship. It lets you share your story of how Infor solutions have played a core role in your achievements. You can participate in public or private reference activities and earn reward points that can be redeemed later.

The Infor Customer References Program is flexible and provides a wide variety of opportunities in which to participate as your time allows. Activities include a range from print and online materials to live interactions with other Infor customers, prospects or media/analysts. Select the most suitable program and level of participation, and our team of reference managers will efficiently manage the reference process for you.

Participation benefits and options

As a participating customer, you'll have the opportunity to share your unique story about how Infor applications have added value and benefited your business. Depending on your desired level of involvement, you can:


Attend special receptions and network with other members of the Infor reference community in exclusive forums designed just for reference program members.


Position your organization as an industry leader by showcasing your accomplishments in success stories, articles, and at events.


Develop new relationships that allow you to gain valuable insights from your peers in other organizations through coordinated phone calls and site visits.


Increase visibility with Infor management, technical, and executive staff.


Earn reward points through reference activity to be used to offset conference and/or employee training costs.

Each reference activity is subject to your approval, and we understand that time commitments and your corporate policy might affect participation in the following:

  • Authorizing Infor's use of your company name or logo
  • Providing quotes for collateral and promotional materials
  • Participating in focus groups or surveys
  • Engaging prospective Infor customers in a reference phone call or site visit
  • Speaking at events or to the press and industry analysts
  • Sharing your Infor success story in a customer snapshot or innovation study

I find that giving positive feedback to others not only helps them make informed decisions, I also rack up Award points, which I was recently able to convert to a donation to the Haitian Relief Fund. Points and reward options

As a token of Infor's appreciation for customer reference activities, we award points for each activity. Points can be redeemed to offset conference and/or training costs once a minimum threshold for points has been met.
