Our vision: A more diverse tomorrow
Women earn just 12% of computer science degrees. They account for only 20% of software developers across the industry. And more than half of women in tech leave their jobs midcareer.
Our vision for tech looks quite different. We’re working toward closing the gender gap. We’re working toward shaping an industry that empowers women at all levels and in all roles.
One of the ways we’re getting there is through Women’s Infor Network (WIN), a program that’s focused on recruiting, mentoring, and supporting Infor women and cultivating their talent into leadership positions at Infor and beyond. WIN is about fostering an inclusive work environment, developing a community that brings Infor women together, and moving Infor toward a more diverse tomorrow.
COO Pam Murphy discusses what it means to be a woman in tech and why WIN matters to Infor. Watch video ›
At Infor, we are unwavering in our commitment to creating a workplace that encourages women to pursue careers and leadership roles in technology. Through programs, policies, and our company values, we're fostering an environment of inclusion that builds a diverse employee population and drives innovation.

"I work at Infor because of the people (we're like a family on my team), the career opportunities, and the flexibility, which is important to me as a mom."
Melissa De Borja
Manager, Software Development
"Infor empowers me to create opportunities—for myself and for others. There's a strong culture of teamwork and support."
Senior IT manager, IT Global Support
"Right now I’m at my absolute best. I just ran my first marathon, my team is respected across the organization, and, after almost eight years, I’m going through my second pregnancy. None of this would be possible without a supportive family both here and at home."
Yvonne J. Dajac
Manager, Human Resources
"In 2009, we experienced a devastating typhoon in Manila. The employees of Infor, together with the leadership team, went above and beyond to help our colleagues. It just shows that Infor is not only concerned with what its employees can do for the organization, but also what the organization can do for its employees."
