Dear Customer,

I’d like to give you some HR updates. In the UK, Connie Young has joined our team in Bristol. Connie has a large experience in the Library automation with more than 25 years in this business. She is Australian, has worked with Geac in Australia before joining our North American team in Boston 7 years ago. She has worked mostly in professional services but also in support. She is also a great presales resource and we’re delighted to have been able to convince her to join our UK team in replacement of Phil Jenkins who has decided to retire after many year of good and loyal service within our division.

I wish Phil all the best in his new life and Connie a warm welcome in the UK.

In North America, Matthew Goody has joined our Toronto’s office as support associate. Matthew has 11 years of customer support experience in the IT industry and brings with him knowledge in several operating systems, programming languages, and various end user applications. He also has strengths in web based programming including IIS configuration, javascript programing and working with stylesheets. He also has a basic understanding of the French language.

In Belgium, Amir Benamar has joined our global support team. Amir is a young IT graduate. He has good knowledge of Web development and is enthusiastic on learning new things. He found it particularly interesting to work with a library package. Amir speaks Dutch, French, English and Arabic. He is based in Brussels and will support our Belgian, Dutch and French operations.

Our objective is to give you, our customers, a high degree of satisfaction and we believe that this new resources will contribute to meet this goal.
