Changes to transition management courses
Change is in the air
I have a hard time believing it is autumn already, but all you need to do is look out your window to know that things are changing— the leaves are turning color, the thermometer is dropping, and the wind is blowing hard here in Minnesota today.
Changes are happening within the Talent Management courses as well. We have completed updating the Talent Management: Configuring and Administering Goals and Performance course (available in instructor-led and as self-directed versions), as well as the Talent Management: Configuring and Administering Compensation course (available in instructor-led and as self-directed versions).
We are now working on updating the Talent Management: Configuring and Administering Talent Acquisition course as well as the Talent Management: Configuring and Administering Succession Management course.
These courses are being updated to reflect Ming.le 12 as well as the new features that have been added so far. Talent Acquisition is being updated to include an introduction to Transition Management, the new search feature for candidates, and Burning Glass, as well as how Talent Acquisition communicates with Talent Science.
We are also working on a new course—Talent Management: Configuring and Administering Transition Management. We’re really excited about this new course. If you have Global HR and Talent Management, you already have the transition management feature. This course will teach you what Transition Management is, how it is used, and how it is integrated with Infor Human Capital Management (HCM).
If you would like a sneak peek into transition management and learn more about pre-boarding, on-boarding, cross-boarding, or off-boarding, check out the eLearning course or the Webinar already available at Infor Campus.
Visit Infor Campus early next year to find these changes.
