CredoPlanning: better organize work during the confinement period

During the confinement period, the libraries of the city and the Strasbourg Eurometropolis had to adjust the schedules and adapt to an unprecedented situation. With the CredoPlanning tool, distributed by Infor, the reorganization was carried out smoothly.
On May 19, after more than 2 months of closure, the RFID return boxes of the media libraries of the City and the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg were allowed to be used again, signaling the beginning of a return to “normal”.
CredoPlanning has been a particularly powerful tool to support, within very short deadlines, the emergence of new services and the successive reorganizations of the work of the teams.
Put into production in the fall of 2019 throughout the network, it makes it possible to manage on a daily basis the schedules of the 300 agents, including around 30 temporary employees. Thanks to a powerful suggestion system, it makes it possible to replace an absent person very easily, while at best ensuring fairness between agents for the most restrictive tasks.
