Day 2 at Infor TechEd in Denver
We started the second day of Infor TechEd for Infor EAM with a customer panel featuring a lively discussion about implementations and everyday challenges. Our panelists included: Sagar Iddyadinesh from the City of Greensboro, Ray Matthews from New Belgium Brewing, and Robert Weiner from Eastern Generation. They spoke about how their organizations were dealing with:
- Utilizing mobile to better serves the needs of end users
- The decision-making process for moving from on-premise to cloud
- The importance of ensuring strategic configuration

After the Infor customer panel, attendees went into additional deep-dive breakout sessions on topics like configuration and system planning, OpenCAD, and web service toolkit.
During lunch, Laura Tait, Infor EAM Education product manager, led a roundtable discussion of customer training needs.
It wasn't all learning today as attendees enjoyed a networking happy hour reception.
