Infor MVP Eileen Lynch’s sense of community encompasses the globe

Eileen Lynch is one of our most valuable players, so she was honored recently with an Infor MVP award. Every quarter, Infor celebrates employees chosen by their colleagues for their exemplary performance and embodiment of our Infor Core Values.

Eileen’s colleagues chose her for her “sense of community,” which makes it easy for her to form bonds with customers, partners, and colleagues around the globe.

Eileen is principal quality assurance analyst for Infor Hospitality Management Solutions (HMS), and her focus is interfaces. She works closely with HMS partners, customers, and the HMS Business Analyst Team and Development Team. She also assists the Infor Support and Consulting Services teams in troubleshooting issues and interface implementations.

Working with so many teams can be a challenge, but Eileen makes sure communication never breaks down. “Even though we have never met face to face, I speak with them at least once a week, and feel we have a close bond just like many of the people I have been working with since my first day on the job,” Eileen says.

“I truly enjoy interacting with all groups as it adds challenges and diversity to my day.”

Eileen’s sense of community extends outside of work, too. She raises and trains dogs for the sight-impaired, and occasionally brings a pooch with her to the office in Lake Forest, California.

“It brings me joy when a dog graduates and gives a sight-impaired person the independence they deserve.”
