Windows Server 2003 End of Life

March 31, 2015

If one or more of your servers that you use for your Infor library software applications is a Windows 2003 Server, please be aware that Microsoft will be ending support for Windows Server 2003 on July 14, 2015 ( )

Ideally you should upgrade to a current server version prior to that date.

Depending on which version of server you are moving to you may require an upgrade of your Cache DBMS as well. If you are moving from a 32 bit version of Windows to a 64 bit version of Windows there will also be a platform upgrade fee associated with upgrading the version of Cache.

In some cases if you are running an older version of V-smart or Vubis Smart, you may also require an upgrade to a newer version that will be supported on the required version of the Cache DBMS.

Please contact your Infor sales person at your convenience to discuss your plans to upgrade your server(s), as well as the services and costs that may be associated.
