As Senior Vice President of Infor's Global Support organization, Marylon McGinnis is responsible for the people, processes, and tools Infor provides to help customers get the best service and the greatest value from their software investment.
Known in the IT industry as a builder of top-quality development and support organizations both domestic and offshore, McGinnis joined Infor in 2004 as Vice President of Development. She took over the Global Support organization in 2007, with a goal of continuing the momentum of a top-flight worldwide team.

"Their deep understanding of our products, along with what it takes for customers to be successful with them is unique in the industry, and I'm proud to be a part of it."
Before joining Infor, McGinnis worked with MSA and stayed with the company through its acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet Software, managing development and global support organizations in multiple locations in the US and Europe, as well as working with consolidation and reengineering activities when Dun & Bradstreet Software was acquired by GEAC.See all Infor Executive Leadership ›
