All Weather Windows (AWW), Canada's largest privately owned manufacturer of energy efficient windows and doors, has selected Infor SyteLine and Infor Product Configuration Management to improve business efficiencies and customer relationships.
AWW chose Infor because the company demonstrated it is going to be a great partner throughout the implementation and beyond. Infor offered a comprehensive solution with an easy-to-use, single-sign-on dashboard, modern architecture, and more customer transparency.
Infor SyteLine, a robust enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, will give AWW a complete manufacturing industry suite of smart functionality, including tools to better manage sales and customer relationships, production, supply chain, inventory, financials, service management, and quality.
"Infor SyteLine aggregates real-time data from multiple sources to help us make more informed business decisions, and gives us the confidence to be much more proactive and to quickly address issues that might arise," said Andrew Lennox, All Weather Windows vice president of information technology. "Infor SyteLine will help our team better monitor customer demand, schedule delivery dates, and track resources—ultimately reducing excess inventory, cutting costs, and providing on-time delivery to our customers."
Infor Product Configuration Management (PCM) gives AWW the tools to more effectively manage the entire sales process, from lead origination and opportunity tracking through conversion of prospects to customers, and placing orders.
Infor is enabling AWW's vision of relentlessly pursuing customer service by offering a portal where customers can source all of the information they need (such as order background and changes, shipping locations, invoicing, payments, and product information) 24x7. This allows businesses that work with AWW to make their own schedule, and have a supplier relationship that improves their business effectiveness. With Infor PCM, AWW can increase sales with improved quality on orders and pricing, reduce costs by eliminating quote errors, and differentiate its brand by creating a compelling, easy-to-use Web experience for both buyers and sellers.
"For companies that make complex, configurable products, adopting a technology strategy to streamline manufacturing and supply chain processes will eliminate waste and deliver critical business benefits that directly impact bottom-line results," said Mark Humphlett, Infor industry and solution strategy director.
