Infor EAM solutions have been named Plant Engineering magazine's Product of the Year in two categories.
"It is very exciting to win two Plant Engineering awards in the Energy Management and Maintenance Software categories. This is a great accolade that recognizes two of our newest products," said Kevin Price, Infor EAM director of product management & product strategy.
- Infor EAM Energy Performance Management won a 2015 Product of the Year award in the Energy Management category.
"Energy typically accounts for 50% or more of an organization's operating costs. Infor EAM Energy Performance Management helps establish sustainable programs that monitor energy performance and help mitigate or prevent waste and expense - making the deployment of the solution an easy decision to make," Price said.
- Infor CloudSuite Facilities Management won a 2015 Product of the Year award in the Maintenance Software category.
"Infor CloudSuite Facilities Management allows facility managers and service providers to offer new levels of comfort, safety, and convenience in their buildings while overcoming the challenges of aging infrastructures, spiraling costs, and increasing regulatory requirements - another easy decision to make," said Price.
Plant Engineering's Product of the Year program is the premier award for new products in the manufacturing and non-manufacturing industries. The annual reader-choice program provides Plant Engineering's audience with information about the top new product in their fields.
Winners will be honored March 21 at an awards dinner in Chicago, and will be placed gold, silver or bronze. Winners also will be announced on plantengineering.com on March 22, and will be featured in the April print and online editions of the publication.
