For the sixth-straight year, Infor XtremeTM Support has been selected as a winner in the 2014 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards.
This honor is awarded to businesses that have demonstrated outstanding achievement in customer experience. Infor was also recognized for Best Use of Feedback Solutions, which acknowledges organizations that best use Confirmit solutions to capture, analyze and act on the Voice of the Customer to improve the customer experience.
