Through this partnership, Infor is able to provide customers access to RateMyHospital®, a HIPAA-secure, cloud-based patient relationship management (PRM) tool that enables hospitals and other healthcare providers to measure, manage, and improve the patient experience.

By capturing real-time patient feedback, hospitals and clinics can assess and improve their Total Performance Score goals under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Value-Based Purchasing program. With 1.5 percent of total Medicare reimbursement at stake in FY 2015 (estimated $1.4 billion), RateMyHospital better positions hospitals, clinics, ACOs, and other healthcare provider organizations to win these incentive payments by delivering superior care and improving the patient experience.
