Showing the impact of learning

It’s important for L&D to show its impact on an organization. Although many organizations offer their own unique methodologies to prove the value of L&D, this paper takes a different approach. Rather than suggesting a single method for showing the value of learning, however, consider a different approach: two different types of benefits accruing from learning, both which show value.
