Infor Cancels Upcoming Events and Restricts Employee Travel Due to COVID-19
In response to the expanding global novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Infor is canceling or rescheduling all Infor-hosted events and restricting employee travel and participation in third-party events — both domestic and international — until further notice.
Customers who were registered for canceled events are being notified individually by email.
Infor is considering the feasibility of rescheduling some events and will share details as they become available. In the meantime, all customer and partner meetings will be held using virtual technology — Microsoft Teams, Webex, Skype, etc. — whenever possible.
Infor has a business continuity plan in place and is continually monitoring the global health situation, providing updates on event and travel restrictions as new developments occur.
“This decision was not taken lightly. The health and safety of our customers, partners and employees is our number one priority, and we feel postponing these events and employee travel is the best option for all concerned,” said Infor CEO Kevin Samuelson. “We sincerely apologize for the disruption and inconvenience.”
