Until recently, the water industry has relied upon utility industry solutions when looking at IT solutions. Whilst these solutions can provide a lot of functionality, there is inevitably gaps which are supported by configuration and/or customisation. These can be expensive and time consuming to produce.

Wipro’s pre-configured Smart Water Solution allows customers to get closer to go-live from an out of the box package than ever before. This can provide customers with the following benefits:

Sub-Industry templated configuration enables customers to benefit from pre constructed workflows and processes rather than creating them from scratch. This requires less effort from both the vendor and customer as typically only small adjustments and validation are needed.
