What’s your favourite quote in times like these?
„Don’t waste the crisis!“ One shouldn’t let the crisis pass without having taken advantage of it.
What is something positive that you have learned from the current challenge?
It is now completely obvious that the world of the future will be based entirely on the cloud and the ability to “work from anywhere”. However, there is still no substitute for personal contact.
How have you been motivating yourself during this crisis?
I see every crisis as a great opportunity. Tomorrow's winners are the ones who are moving forward right now. Standing still has never been a great idea.
What’s a new habit that you have picked up – apart from “Social Distancing?“
I plan my quality time much better and more intensively.
What particularly impresses you at the moment?
The way in which our employees and our families master this challenge. What has personally surprised me the most is our ability to literally deliver many of our customer projects remotely and overnight. As a software company, this isn’t a huge challenge for us, but our customers have managed to implement these projects with us at the same speed.
