To reduce hardware dependency and minimise energy use, Infor strives to operate fully in the cloud. Our collaboration with AWS enables us to leverage hyperscale cloud services that deliver efficient server utilisation and lower energy consumption.
We’ve deployed smart building technologies in our offices, including IoT-enabled LED lighting and automated temperature control systems. We also lease facilities and leverage shared services, enabling more efficient use of energy, space, and other resources.
Infor's global support teams use remote capabilities to minimise on-site visits whenever possible. These remote-first support operations help to reduce travel and related emissions – while maintaining customer service and support excellence.
At Infor, we continuously evaluate and refine our internal resource management processes to limit waste, streamline business operations, and maximise efficiency across our office facilities and data infrastructure around the world.
