Infor Receives IDC 2020 SaaS Customer Satisfaction Award for Core HR

Infor is among the award-winning group for customer satisfaction scores for Core HR based on IDC’s SaaSPath survey. SaaSPath is a global survey of approximately 2,000 organizations across all geographic regions and company sizes, where customers are asked to rate their vendor on more than 30 customer satisfaction metrics.

Infor exceeded the overall group average across all vendors in several areas, including product innovation, superior features/functionality, user experience and more.
