Infor Health customer stories
Supporting the global continuum of care
Infor Health delivers industry-leading healthcare-specific solutions, available on premise or in the cloud, that transform the integration, planning, tracking, and management of a healthcare organization's vital assets, including people, supplies, clinical data, relationships, and financial resources.
IDNs & Hospitals
Serving 72% of US healthcare provider organizations with more than 150 beds and 22 of the top 25 IDNs in the US, Infor helps organizations provide care that drives the best patient outcomes and maintains patient privacy, while keeping costs under control. As top IDNs focus on solving excess capacity, decreasing margins, patient access, and transparency, Infor Health provides solutions that address these complex challenges and help people and technology work better together to support efficient, high-quality patient care.
Academic Medical Centers
Academic medical centers, while producing breakthrough research, also provide care for everyday needs and specialized services for complex diseases, illnesses, and injuries. And while they pioneer new diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, new challenges await as healthcare shifts from a volume-based to a value-based care model. Serving 12 of the top 15 US teaching hospitals, Infor can help move your organization forward with innovative and cloud-based solutions to transform clinical, operational, and administrative systems.
Outpatient Specialty Care
Outpatient specialty care covers the primary care needs of patients through general medical practitioner interactions, medical specialties, minor surgical and medical procedures, diagnostic procedures, emergency visits, rehabilitation visits, and in some cases, telehealth consultations. Infor Health can help improve how technology and people work together, to help eliminate cost and support improved patient care.
Currently serving the six largest US integrated health systems, Infor solutions improve operational efficiency and facilitate the highly transactional relationships across health plans, providers, brokers, and members. With financial management and business intelligence tools that support growth and agility in the rapidly changing healthcare landscape, health plans can compile benchmark information important to providers, reduce administrative costs, determine product profitability, and help bring new products to market faster.
Medical Technology and Devices
Medical device and instrument manufacturers must maintain strict quality management and detailed product documentation to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Infor Health provides a comprehensive solution with the Cloverleaf interoperability suite to offer enhanced and seamless integration to clinical, claims and operational systems.
