Value discovery

Our first step is to analyze executive strategies to uncover the pains that constrain business processes. This process enables us to pinpoint opportunities that may leverage existing investments, significantly impact competitive standing in the marketplace, or drive accretive business value.

  • Current state: Analyze executive strategies and uncover the pains that constrain business processes and inhibit initiatives
  • Functional scope: Define the scope by functional and geographic area, and benchmark current implementations versus best-in-class deployments
  • Improvement opportunities: Pinpoint opportunities that may leverage existing investments, significantly impact competitive standing in the marketplace, or drive accretive business value
  • Go-forward roadmap: Quantify value opportunities, define a blueprint, and use a three-pillar approach to align the roadmap and commercial objectives

Value realization

  • Go-live: Solution architects put the plan into action, providing guidance and tactical reviews to realize the defined objectives
  • Program governance: Conduct high-level readiness and risk assessment, as well as facilitate development of a beneficial governance structure

  • KPIs: Determine how the business will measure the attainment of value and success of the implementation
  • Best practices: Enhance performance metrics and validate best practices through value engineering participation in Center of Excellence meetings

Team Biographies

Paul Randlesome

Global Vice President, Value Engineering, NA Manufacturing

Paul leads Value Engineering for manufacturing in North America in addition to South America and Asia Pacific. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, he has significant experience helping customers pursue operational efficiency. With more than 15 years in both consulting and technology, he is passionate about helping customers realize improved business performance.

Bobby Charlton

Senior Director, Europe, Middle East, and Retail

Bobby’s extensive software experience includes eight years as an internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) expert for a FTSE 100 company and 19 years with Infor. Currently focused on industrial manufacturing and distribution companies, he works with C-level executives to determine the strategic initiatives required to achieve corporate goals and provide a strong return on investment, as well as assessing both the risk associated with such changes and the effectiveness of enterprise-wide business processes.

Jeremy Letts

Senior Director, Healthcare and Public Sector

Specializing in the healthcare vertical, Jeremy offers more than 15 years of management and technology consulting experience across industries. He is well practiced in leading clients through the process of identifying, quantifying, and realizing tangible business benefits.

Bill Keating

Senior Director, Koch, Strategic and Services

Bringing 35 years of business process expertise to Infor Value Engineering, Bill’s diverse industry background enables him to design effective, value- based solutions that address each customer’s needs. He has designed system strategies for several top tiered organizations in several key hands on and managerial positions, both within Infor and with Fortune 20 companies.

Laura Schaulat

Senior Director, Asia

Laura engages with key Infor clients, advising C-level executives on establishing a technology platform that supports current business needs while enabling future growth and attainment of strategic goals. With more twenty years of experience, her clients include established names as well as growing businesses across ASEAN, China, Japan, and Europe.

Matthew Addley

Senior Principal, Pacific

With eight years at Infor and 20+ years’ experience architecting and delivering business systems globally, Matthew has worked across Europe, Middle East, North America, and Asia Pacific with major players in the public sector, aerospace and defense, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. He also has knowledge and expertise in a number of additional industry sectors, and has a career focus that unites the science and art of business process innovation.

Antonio Carlos Brito

Senior Principal, LATAM & Channels

Antonio leads customer engagements worldwide and heads Value Engineering in Latin America. His enthusiasm for identifying and demonstrating the benefits and value of Infor’s solutions to customers has opened doors for business development and client retention in the region.
