Aaron's Boosts Service Management Functionality

Aaron's Inc., a lease-to-own retailer specializing in the sales and lease of furniture, customer electronics, home appliances and accessories, has implemented Infor Service Management solutions. Aaron's has more than 2,100 company-operated and franchised stores in 48 states and Canada.

Infor Service Management allows Aaron's to automate many functions that were previously handled manually by the IT staff, while gaining considerable speed, performance, and efficiency.
