Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Enterprise Quoting Now Available
Infor, a leading provider of beautiful business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud, today announced the availability of Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Enterprise Quoting. Part of the Infor Customer Experience Management suite, this new application provides a single point of control for sharing product, customer, and order information with all back-end manufacturing and business systems, including collaborative demand and supply chain systems. As a result, organizations can make more confident decisions utilizing the most up-to-date information and consistent pricing rules, and speed the quoting and ordering process.
Infor CPQ delivers an intuitive product configuration engine that can capture knowledge about customizable products once, and then share that information with dealers and the sales force on any device. The application also provides comprehensive quoting and ordering, auto-generated 2D and 3D product imagery and automated documentation to deliver personalized proposals, submittals, and other sales documents from any application on premise or in the cloud. The new Enterprise Quoting module rounds out the application by guiding users to available items and configurable product features, options, and dimensions, while ensuring that configurations represent valid offerings.
The robust collaboration capabilities of Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting helps organizations communicate faster and more efficiently throughout all levels of the sales channel - from customer to dealer and from dealer to manufacturer. Members of multi-level sales channels can work closely together to win more business using export/import and Internet-based communication capabilities for RFQs, order, and other transactions. Also, users now have the ability to obtain status and process approvals for new product variations and/or unique pricing requests using collaboration and workflow capabilities.
In addition, Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting delivers product visualization which helps users visually confirm their products, features, and option selections during configuration, dynamic pricing to quickly produce a configuration-specific list price, dealer cost, and quoted selling price, and automatic order passing to the business system via enterprise integration. The solution is easy-to-use for non IT professionals, with a platform designed for customer personalization, and can be quickly tailored to a quoting and selling experience that matches an organizations market and unique needs.
