Infor Helps Strauss Paper Centralize Customer Relationship Management in the Cloud
Infor, the industry cloud company, today announced that Strauss Paper Company has selected Infor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to provide users with a centralized contact and lead management solution in a cloud environment. Strauss Paper is a wholesale distributor of janitorial supplies and sustainable green products and an existing Infor Distribution SX.e customer. By adding Infor CRM, the company will have the ability to flexibly integrate with Infor SX.e through Infor ION®, a lightweight middleware platform designed to simplify connectivity between systems. Infor CRM will directly benefit the Strauss Paper sales team through ease of use and mobile capabilities, which promote greater insight into the company's client base, helping employees to further serve the needs of customers.

Infor ION will make certain that information updated in one system is automatically communicated to the other, while the social functionality of Infor Ming.le will create a centralized space for employee information sharing, helping to reduce reliance on less efficient communication methods like email. With the latest user experience from Infor, employees will benefit from a simple yet intuitive interface that delivers role-based data to better serve the decision-making process.
Infor CRM will help Strauss Paper improve visibility into its customer base by consolidating all contact information in a standardized format. The application will also facilitate greater productivity from the sales organization, as users have better insight into processes and ongoing deals, enabling faster responses to customer issues and inquiries. Sales employees will rely on the mobile capabilities of Infor CRM to access and edit account information, track schedules and receive updates about customers while on the road.
