Infor Recognized as Leader in Workforce Management by Nucleus Research in Latest Value Matrix

Infor, a leading provider of beautiful business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud, today announced that Infor Workforce Management (WFM) has been recognized as a Leader in Nucleus Research's latest Technology Value Matrix for WFM. Through the analysis of end-user experiences, vendors are evaluated on both usability and functionality - key drivers of value - and placed into four categories: Leaders, Experts, Facilitators, and Core Providers.

Infor WFM is a comprehensive solution that is designed to help align labor management with corporate strategy. Integrated modules address forecasting and budgeting, scheduling, time and attendance, performance management, and compliance, and are designed to help streamline processes and increase efficiency while encouraging employees to focus on activities that can generate more value.

Infor WFM delivers Infor's next-generation interface. With the power of HTML5, users can access data from a wide range of browsers and devices, or more quickly tailor screens, and mobile access supports self-service shift selection and management.

Nucleus Research also highlights the Infor Xtreme Support Portal, which offers a choice of plans and provides the support for users to maintain their systems, receive software updates, and benefit from access to interactive briefings and a knowledge-based library. Nucleus Research notes that this is a positive development that will help Infor forge deeper, more continual relationships with customers, something Nucleus Research believes is critical to Infor's strategy.1
