LUX* Resorts & Hotels Books In For Growth With Infor
Infor, a leading provider of beautiful business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud, today announced that LUX* Resorts & Hotels has gone live on Infor EzRMS revenue management software, across eight properties. The application is set to help support more than 1,400 rooms as part of an ambitious strategy to drive growth and maximize revenue at the luxury resort operator.
Infor EzRMS will provide revenue strategy recommendations per room category and channel that are intended to optimize yield throughout the LUX* property portfolio. This will be critical as LUX* develops offerings in new geographies.
Infor EzRMS will deliver daily, weekly and monthly business insights to the senior management at LUX*. The ability to intelligently split the hotels' budget into a series of daily targets will help drive better performance monitoring and enable proactive decision-making that focuses on the revenue secured by direct bookings, partners and agencies.
The unique transactional data insight within Infor EzRMS will help drive improvements in contract evaluation between LUX* and tour operators and travel agencies. The application will calculate incremental value in terms of room nights and revenues, upgrades and booking lead times by contract. These insights can be used to help optimize the profitability of the resorts in the LUX* portfolio by combating revenue displacement and improving visibility into sales and marketing activity with partners.
Infor EzRMS was chosen because of its ease of use, the portfolio consolidation, and the strong integration with the property management system (PMS) in use across the LUX* properties. Infor EzRMS replaces a legacy application that was no longer aligned to the needs of LUX*.
