Most Valuable Player spotlight: Kamille Napalan maintains a sense of community

United States – June 04, 2018, 10:00 AM

What do you do at Infor now?

Here are my current duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling and supporting the testing deliverables of the different Supply Chain CSF modules
  • Investigating and testing of different customer reported issues for CSF, which I am enjoying a lot as they challenged me to improve my skills and product knowledge
  • Maintaining of some of the QAs Test Servers
  • Automating the continuous build and test processes for CSF build with the help of my teammates

I was also selected as one of the two QAs to help our client, Palos, in their testing on site before going live. It was such a fruitful and memorable learning experience.

How do you exhibit a sense of community in your work?

I love being able to share my knowledge with other team members and contribute to their success as much as I do to my own. I also believe that job title should not be a factor on how much you can do to make our products and customers successful. Bringing success to them will also upshot success to the people behind the product.

How did you feel about your award win?

I am very honored, grateful and humbled to be chosen as one of the Infor MVPs for Q3. When we found out about the award, I'm not the only one who was overjoyed about this achievement, but my whole team and the management was as well. For me, that is the best thing about winning this award: I have a strong supportive environment to share it with, where we work as a team and trust and respect each other.
