Pechanga Resort & Casino Modernizes its Front Desk with Infor Hospitality Management Solution

Infor, a leading provider of beautiful business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud, today announced that Pechanga Resort & Casino, the largest casino/resort in California, has entered into an agreement with Infinium Software, Inc., an Infor subsidiary, to implement Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS). Infor HMS provides essential tools to manage both front and back-office operations, allowing hoteliers to help run all areas of the business using a single system. Pechanga will benefit from new systems that help build a better guest experience, assist operations to run more smoothly and efficiently, and keep costs under control.

Infor HMS is designed to deliver a complete view of all guest value information within one system, helping to ensure appropriate guest recognition of both known players and the emerging generation of leisure travelers seeking the broader resort experience Pechanga offers. Pechanga recognized that standardizing systems under Infor HMS would help them automate as much as possible and eliminate manual efforts, allowing staff to deliver a more personalized experience to guests.
