Triangle Sales Selects Infor to Help Increase Productivity and Revenue

Infor, the industry cloud company, today announced that Triangle Sales, a leading HVAC distributor, has selected Infor Distribution FACTS to help increase efficiency and improve service to its customers. In collaboration with Infor Channel partner DPI Information Services, Infor will help Triangle Sales eliminate manual processes and deliver real-time, unified data access for users to facilitate greater overall productivity and better-informed decision-making.

Infor FACTS will help to improve customer service by sending automated notifications to sales employees noting necessary follow-ups for bids and quotes. This will allow users to maintain timely outreach to potential customers, facilitating more closed deals and ultimately an increase in revenue. The application's robust search functionality also provides customer service representatives with visibility into all orders and shipments, so employees can provide accurate details regarding current location and time of delivery when responding to outreach from customers.
