Prior to joining Infor, Amy spent 20+ years in various roles including HR Generalist, Director of Recruitment, HRIS Director, and Six Sigma Lead; and has proven experience selecting and implementing HR business applications.  Amy graduated from Mankato State University with degrees in Primary & Special Education and has since secured several leadership, human resources, and strategist degrees from the Carlson School of Management, Pragmatic Marketing, and Disney's Key to Leadership Excellence.
