The next generation of Inforce software is now available, delivering a robust 360-degree view of the customer on the Salesforce platform.
Inforce is an Infor-developed solution that connects Salesforce with Infor's ERP and financial solutions.
Companies can leverage customer relationship management (CRM) information, while Inforce manages the security, filtering, and data management that users depend on to improve marketing, sales and service effectiveness, cross sell and up-sell opportunities, customer satisfaction and retention.
Inforce uses Infor ION technology to facilitate two-way communication between the back office and Inforce, so that relevant customer data entered into ERP systems automatically updates in Salesforce, and vice versa.
New capabilities in this release:
- Support for multi-ERP and multi-company data
- Ability to support any business object document (BOD)
- New quote object receives and displays quote information from Infor ERP, and also allows a quote to be created and associated with a contact, account, opportunity or stand-alone.
