Revenue Management Made Ez <br>at Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou

Baiyun Hotel Guangzhou, a large-scale five-star business hotel in Guangzhou, China, has selected Infor EzRMS to help sell the right product at the right time for the right price.

Infor EzRMS will automatically calculate forecasts to help predict future hotel room demand, recommend appropriate selling strategies such as open/close rates, stay controls, open/close room categories, and overbooking levels to help the Baiyun Hotel maximize yield and profit.

The hotel will implement the Infor EzRMS core module, Infor EzQUOTE, Infor EzBUDGET, Infor EzCONTRACT and Infor EzCOMPETE to benefit from automated, comprehensive insight into competitive pricing across online channels, quantify the true net value of existing and potential contracts, and quantify the benefits resulting in day-to-day acceptance of ad hoc and/or repetitive group requests, as well as series and crew requests, with a mathematical approach. Baiyun Hotel will use the automation capabilities of Infor EzRMS to help reduce manual processes and increase overall revenue across the properties.
