Boston Medical Center (BMC) is a private, not-for-profit, 508-bed, academic medical center and the primary teaching affiliate for Boston University School of Medicine. Over many years, BMC’s system infrastructure had evolved into a highly-complex integration environment requiring 24/7/365 support to track hundreds of Cloverleaf interfaces in multiple production sites. Carle Foundation Hospital and Carle Clinic Association had both been using Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management, Infor Lawson Financial Management, and Infor Lawson Human Capital Management when they merged to form the nonprofit healthcare system, Carle called Carle Hospital on April 1, 2010.
