Our strategic partnership with salesforce.com combines Salesforce's Sales and Services applications with Infor's ERP and financial applications to create a powerful enterprise solution that spans the entire customer lifecycle. The strategy is simple yet powerful: Leverage Salesforce as the foundation for Infor's CRM solutions, and develop native Force.com applications aimed at Infor customer needs.
In addition to reselling Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, Infor is developing the following native Force.com applications as part of our Inforce offering:
- Inforce Everywhere - Inforce Everywhere uses the Infor10 ION Suite technology to connect Salesforce with Infor's leading ERP solutions. It provides a 360° view of customer information across the enterprise. Powered by Force.com and Salesforce Chatter, Inforce Everywhere allows front and back office users to collaborate more effectively to quickly address business opportunities for maximum success.
- Inforce Ordering - Inforce Ordering gives you the ability to construct quotes and orders in Salesforce Sales Cloud—and to synchronize quotes and orders to the back office for fulfillment. You get extensive enhancements focused on the CRM product catalog, pricing and availability calculations, the ability to work with a product configurator, and to manage the range of simple to complex quotes and orders.
- Inforce Marketing - Integrated with Salesforce, Inforce Marketing brings B2B marketing to the masses. This native Force.com application includes inbound and outbound management of email, campaigns, and lead maturation. It provides connectivity to Infor10 CRM Enterprise (Epiphany assets) deployed on-premises or in the cloud as an Infor service.
