Infor Named a Leader in Nucleus Research Control Tower Technology Value Matrix
Infor has been named a Leader in the Nucleus Research Control Tower Technology Value Matrix 2020, recognized particularly for the enhanced intelligent sensing and response capabilities of its Infor Nexus solution.
In this annual report, Nucleus Research examined all vendor solutions in the control tower market landscape, and named Infor a Leader, the highest rank for usability and functionality.

In this year’s Control Tower Value Matrix, its analysts noted: “The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for businesses to implement resilience and agility into their supply chain processes. Decision makers rely on control towers to predict delays and mitigate the downstream effects of external disruptions.”

Nucleus noted that since last year’s Control Tower Value Matrix, “Infor has enhanced both its intelligent sensing and response capabilities. On the response side, Infor has strengthened its decision support capabilities by providing enhanced in-context data and visualizations on customer orders and status of supply throughout the network. Inventory simulation and additional direct resolution paths with multi-party collaboration enable organizations to identify corrective actions and avoid problems including late deliveries and shortages.” Nucleus also noted a rise in customer satisfaction with the Nexus Network and Nexus Platform.
