Standard work order templates allow pre-filled key information, reducing manual input and ensuring consistency. These templates can be linked to service request types or maintenance schedules, automating work order generation and assignment.

The Industry Process Catalogue for Asset Lifecycle Management provides both the business processes and underlying configuration to manage work orders from creation and execution (including job cost capture) through to closure, using a standard set of Work Activity Milestones.
