Calvert County manages land with Infor Public Sector Mobile Field Inspector

In this video, learn how the county's technology department deployed the Infor Rhythm for Civics Portal cloud-based platform to quickly move more than two dozen application types of online submittals, payments, and online customer service requests when offices were closed due to the pandemic. The portal allowed the citizens a single point of contact and a complete visual representation of their application from initial creation through payment—to enhance the applicant experience and drastically reduce the number of phone calls and foot traffic.
